1. How to File an Infringement Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an authorised agent thereof and believe that content hosted on our website infringes your copyrights, you may submit a formal notification. Your notice must include the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the exact URL(s) containing the material.
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. Counter-Notice Procedure

If your content was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a DMCA notification and you believe this was due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must contain:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your judicial district.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

We operate a strict repeat infringer policy. If a third-party provider or user is found to repeatedly upload or share unauthorised copyrighted material, we reserve the right to terminate their access to the platform and block further content submissions.
